Moving up, the Level 3 in NVQ Customer Service is aimed at those working in customer services where their job entails a higher level of control and supervision and where skills learned can be used to influence others as well as improve customer service delivery.
Course Duration: 3-6 months
Course Requirements: Students must complete at least 42 credits
Students must complete 2 mandatory units and 4 or 5 optional units
